pink aura, hands out, face world, dancing heart...there are many images in this haiku...all blending together within the pink aura of the subtle figure at center...naked, facing the world, dancing with all her heart, hands open to give and receive...positive, inspiring, confident, female.


place your hands outstretched in front of you while imaging a colored aura surrounding your body (the aura doesn't have to be pink, any color that you resonate with will do)...now do a little dance, whatever your body feels like doing for a few seconds, a jig, a flowing ballet movement, a rock'n shaking down the bones, some hip hop moves...whatever you feel inspired to do...now check in with yourself...how does it feel...consider how else you might cultivate the sense of wide open, confident, heart felt dancing this week.
