its easy to get "caught up" in the larger spinning circles of life...inside of these larger circles are the thicker spinning circulars of needs, instincts, drives...they may not look bigger but they are thicker than the out spinning circles and the influence the activation and speed of the revolving larger circles...and at the center of it all is our eyeball, our awareness, the witness, the observer, our consciousness, always present.


if we begin our day with conscious intent, choosing what's important to engage with for the day, we are operating from the realm of the eyeball, our power of attention to choose our course and destiny, this is the ideal place to begin from...

if we are caught up in the ever pressing demands of the day, responding to one thing after another, putting out one fire after another, we are in a realm of reaction and we will feel stressed and eventually burn out...

if we identify with the strong needs and drives, we are at a deeper level than the out circle of demands, these needs and drives can fuel our efforts but we are still in the realm of consditioned responses and not true freedom...

for real freedom we have to see with our own eyeball...

2 CIRCLES from the 2 circles touching and overlapping reality births from the 2 comes the many, from male and female comes new life, from thesis and antithesis comes synthesis...the touching and overlap seems to facilitate new birth(s) at the intersection of the circles, the vortex, the vesica piscis, the mandorla (almond), the portal of new life... consider 2  vital ideas/parts of yourself...meditate on how the parts/ideas overlap, interrelate, connect...open...look/sense the portal of new life emerging...what implications does this have for being and doing?
