XPLOSION

dots are encircled 

extending out from center

in an Xplosion


the dots appear to be moving out from the center...rewind in time and an explosion at center could be the reason for the dynamic movement of the dots outward from the center...each dot is encircled in a protective ring whose color is different from the center...all are moving with energy and purpose, moving out to who knows where...

can you recall and explosive event in your life that set into motion a number of different "circles" of energy? there is no conscious way to manage all of these arising and rapidly moving circles...all we can do is witness and try to "go with the flow," managing the after effects as best we can...perhaps this is akin to some kinds of trauma which, according to Peter Levine in Waking the Tiger, can get stuck in our nervous system if not released, causing a number of repetitive cyclical and unhealthy symptoms until the body finds a way to release them in a safe place...when the time is ripe, it seems the body has its own wisdom for healing and wholeness...may you find safe spaces and supportive love to release the traumas in your life.

2 CIRCLES from the 2 circles touching and overlapping reality births from the 2 comes the many, from male and female comes new life, from thesis and antithesis comes synthesis...the touching and overlap seems to facilitate new birth(s) at the intersection of the circles, the vortex, the vesica piscis, the mandorla (almond), the portal of new life... consider 2  vital ideas/parts of yourself...meditate on how the parts/ideas overlap, interrelate, connect...open...look/sense the portal of new life emerging...what implications does this have for being and doing?
