BIG BALL(S)

The bigger balls appear smaller as they move toward the middle, the center of the image...they appear to coalesce into one big ball...OR you could imagine the one big ball in the center exploding out into space, the balls moving apart, flying off on their own journeys.

See if you can sense this principle of contraction and expansion in your body right now as you read...do you feel it? Within  each minute our breath expands and contracts the upper respiratory parts of the body...feel it now? ...inhale...feel the expansion...exhale...feel the contraction...i wonder how many other things in our lives have this same pattern, living and dying, awake and asleep, walking and sitting, eating and excreting, body temperature increasing and decreasing, heart pumping, sun rising and falling...there is much to learn here.
