loud, forceful, continuous

all about nothing

there are times when personal broadcasting seems like a barrage of ideas that don't feel relevant/important to me as the listener...i wonder why am i listening to this loud, forceful, continuous outpouring...sometimes i need to listen beneath the choppy waters to the feelings and needs behind them as Marshall Rosenberg recommends in his approach to nonviolent communication...on the flip side, i recall an image like the one below in an album with the phrase "solid rock" below...the wide open mouth of rock music unabashidly proclaims a message to a rock beat...for those that love the music and message, this could be a good thing, again, discernment is needed...sometimes it might be better to turn our attention to something more life-giving

when you see the open mouth, and feel the beginning of the talk or music, consider pulling back in your mind to discern--why am i here, why am i listening to this, is this helping the other person or me, or can my life energy be better spent elsewhere...follow your intuitions.

2 CIRCLES from the 2 circles touching and overlapping reality births from the 2 comes the many, from male and female comes new life, from thesis and antithesis comes synthesis...the touching and overlap seems to facilitate new birth(s) at the intersection of the circles, the vortex, the vesica piscis, the mandorla (almond), the portal of new life... consider 2  vital ideas/parts of yourself...meditate on how the parts/ideas overlap, interrelate, connect...open...look/sense the portal of new life emerging...what implications does this have for being and doing?
