This is the second blog on "healing hands"...the first is William Bengston's take on healing hands, this second one is Dorothy Rowe's take on healing hands. 

Dorothy Rowe, a distance energy healer, describes a healing practice that begins by placing attention on the heart center, feeling the energy there (the light medicine, the perfect frequency for whatever healing needs to take place), letting the energy expand and build to a pitch, when the energy feels very full, attention and intention directs the energy out the arms, through the hands, and into the area of the other person (or oneself) in need of healing...the place receiving the healing energy sends feedback (energy and information) to the source (the heart center) of the person offering the healing to adjust the frequency before sending it out again, creating an ever more refined self-referral loop, a continuous flow of healing energy.


Try the practice for yourself on a minor area that needs healing, like a sore muscle or a tension headache, and see what happens...
