YIN & YANG

yang rises upward

to meet the yin descending 

together they shine!


the benza quality of the diamond thunderbolt of yang rising is apparent at the bottom of the figure while the receptive quality of yin descending is ready to receive...eventually the seed of yang meets the egg of yin and a flash of bright light signals the beginning of new life...all three shine for an instant!

this image is a metaphor for much of life...there are our intentions, efforts, plans, attempts to manifest, learn, heal, orchestrate some experience, reaching out, AND there is the reception of these efforts by others, nature, and the divine feminine...sometimes we are invited in, given support, accepted, nurtured in our efforts, and our plans come to fruition....i note that in Hinduism, these symbols are often depicted as yoni representing the female genitals and Shakti, and lingam representing the male genitals and Shiva.


look for opportunities where the divine feminine is inviting you in, to give something of yourself for the birthing of something greater than yourself.
