Haiku Ellipses...Invitation...Response...

THERAPEUTIC TOUCH centering within open the energy flow let healing happen all humans are made of energy that can be seen as an aura by some and can be felt by many...in therapeutic  touch, our hands serve as a channel for energy when close proximity or when in contact with another person...all we need do is open to the flow and let the healing energy move wherever it wants to go... hold your palms about a foot apart and slowly move them closer together without touching...feel the energy between your palms...most people can...let your hands rest on someone who is not feeling well and open up to allowing your healing energy to flow into them through your hands...stay with the connection for a few minutes...assess...see what happens.

DIAMOND SURROUND diamond in center triangles surround, among entrapping circles the diamond of the heart is surrounded by triangles in life, each move in three different directions, each define a piece of life...these in turn are entrapped by the circles of energy and information what parts of your life do you identify as "diamond", precious stone, something valuable? what parts of your life feel like triangles pointing to different directions? what parts of your life feel spherical, circular, perhaps spiritual? one of the challenges of life is to organize and make sense of these diamonds, triangles, and circles...what do you see?

Mystic Sunshine center of the eye  radiates with colored dots like mystic sunshine i imagine the inner workings of something akin to an atom looking like the image below, a dense cluster of "happenings"...mini multi colored dots...moving from this center, the density decreases, there is more freedom and movement...at the edges, things begin to shine (to human eyes) like "mystic sunshine"...an aura of sorts...beaming, emergent rays of light that began in a denser, darker center... where does the mystic sunshine from your Being come from...what is at the epicenter of consciousness...is it possible to choose where this energy goes, how it develops...might this mystic sunshine of energy and information contribute to healing of our minds, body, and spirit? find ways to bring forth mystic sunshine in your life...place your hand gently on your heart ...how is your heart whispering to you...how might you use your mystic sunshiny energy?  

LOOPS inner loops go round circling and spiraling from the inner eye this image reminds me of my Grandmother's doily that she gave me before her passing many years ago...i keep it in my prayer space...a small stone shaped heart lays at its center...i place my forehead on the doily each day, reminding me to keep my heart and head working in harmony, balance, each an important loop in the fabric of the circle of life, each has a role to play, functioning best when in dialogue...each circle and spiral appear as chakras, looping round and round, originating from a central eye, the witness, the consciousness that never dies, the true self, the eternal one. is there something you have been gifted from a grandparent, parent, relative, or friend that holds special meaning for you? hold it in your hands, or simply touch it, as you meditate on its meaning...send a blessing for the person that gifted it to you...finally, what can you gift to someone else? may the inner loops of of lives circl...

STARE INSIDE Hindu mandala stare inside and you'll begin to see what is within The swirling circles each have a different frequency for meditation, all leading into the center which, when gazed upon, reveal what is within us. So many times i find myself caught up in the outer circles of life and need to mindful of what is always there within, the fire of the Spirit...from this center, all things flow in radiant love and abundance. Settle...let quiet envelope you...look within...what do YOU SEE/FEEL?

SPIRALS the s-shaped spirals criss-cross and touch each other emitting colors the process in creating this image began with the criss-crossing of spirals, like the criss-crossing of events and people that we meet in our lives...the criss-crossing reveals places where colors form, each color signifying a "feel" for a situation or person in our lives, some of these repeating, all unique in shape...the end result is a never ending circle of criss--crossing colors that emanate , glow, and vibrate. when you look back on your life, what criss-crossing points stand out...perhaps milestones...special people...moreover, what have you contributed to life for the good of others, making the world a better place...what would you like to contribute...what simple first step could you take today, within the next hours, to move in that direction...  

HOURGLASS 4 corner pieces form an octagon filled with an empty hour glass the corner pieces of the image below look disconnected from the central image...and, if you observe closely, other triangular pieces (similar to the corner pieces) make up parts of the central figure...without another image in a time sequence, it's not possible to determine if the corner pieces are moving farther away, or moving toward and connecting with the central image... the empty hour glass suggests possibilities...something that will be filled in time... what are you filling your hour glass of life with? are things--in this day, this year, this life, this world--falling apart or coming together?  do the pieces of your life feel like they are falling apart or coming together--of course, it's probably BOTH!? 

GOLD WINDOW gold and silver stars formed with pairs of triangles meet at the window silver and gold remind me of the Christmas season in the spiritual tradition i grew up with (Catholic)...in this image gold and silver stars also remind me of "rewards" in grade school that were affixed to my paper...gold being better than silver...stars can also be the dreams we have...we look through the window of our beliefs at the starts, wondering if it's possible to reach them...the stars of grade school and the spiritual tradition (or lack thereof) condition which dreams we entertain, which we believe are possible...how many of our unique dreams go unfulfilled because of conditioning, because of laziness, because of disbelief... get those stars out of the window frame, move them into the open sky, pick one you want more than all the others...pull the star down from the sky to the earth where you can grab hold of it, wrestle with it, question and examine it, see if you really want it...

KABBALAH snow flake if all white kabbalah interior or crystal space craft with a little imagination, i can see three different things emerging from this image...if i paint the lines white and put them on a black background, a snow flake emerges...if i focus on the interior of the image, i see part of the kabbalah tree of life...and if i imagine traveling, i see a crystal space craft. what do you see? more broadly, when you look at the things that make up your life (yourself, others, objects, places...), for any given object of  your attention, can you "see" more than one thing? for fun, try picking out one thing that stands out to you today, and play in your imagination for a few minutes, see what this might be, could be, let it morph a little, change colors, put in a different context...see what emerges in your imagination...for inspiration, watch and listen to Willy Wonka's song, "Pure Imagination":https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LIYNk4ARUR8.

WHO KNOWS WHERE? strange angles appear  from a central spiraled shape leading who knows where?   easy to get caught up in the sharp angles of the outer edges of this image...harder to maintain the focus on the inner spiral in the middle of the shape...the outer edges lead nowhere, but where does the inner spiral lead? easy to get caught up in the periphery of our lives...sometimes feeling like we're going nowhere...go to the center of life, inside, into the inner spiral, there is no end to the depth one can explore here...
